Wedding Photography
I love Weddings
I have been walking around with a camera in my hands since I was 5 years old.
I am happiest while focusing on capturing a moment, an atmosphere, a landcape, equestrians or a wedding, (or writing!).
My wedding photography is an offshoot of my love of equestrian photography. I had always dreamed to be a horseshow photographer. I, with my husband, we are well recognized throughout California as the best equestrian sports photographers.
I had to drag my husband, "kicking and screaming" to photograph the weddings of two well known equestrians of Los Angeles. He had already tried his hand at wedding photography when quite young, and had decided against it. My two - actually four friends, welcomed that I would portray them in my wedding photography portfolio. One works with the City of LA and used to complain to me about rescuing one of my friends and her horse out of the ravines in the Angeles Crest Forest -more than once, at least three or four times -at least! His exasperated message to her through me once was, that next time she'd have to pay for the helicopter rescue! I cringed when she did it again, how could she? The next message from him I gave to her was was he'd take away the poor horse from her if she let him slip down a ravine again, AND he'd make her pay for the helicopter rescue! Yup, I'm sure you remember those news stories and photos years ago. His wife is also well known in a local large scale equestrian business. The other couple have dedicated themselves to the Los Angeles equestrain life style and its preservation for many years. They showed up in my cover shot for Horseman's News last July 2010.

And so, my wedding photography brochure is also a tribute of a sort to some amazing equestrians.
I designed and authored this brochure in Adobe InDesign.
It is a 5 7/8 x 5 1/2 semiglossy trifold. I have a great printer who gave me the idea.
This brochure captures my quest for the unusual uber moment.
I
conjure up yet I go beyond the classic cliche.
