The common thread is she applies her ability to understandtechnical brienfings, that spur her writing talent to communicate and produce effective documentation deliverables.

I'm a People Person

I collaborate to assemble any needed materials. I am a very experienced, hands-on writer. Years ago, I found my niche working and writing for engineers or other technical specialists. I enjoy helping a team overcome project implementation challengesby presenting user guides, instructional materials or any type of documentation needed to make an implemenation uderstandable, accessible to any end user or audience.

I enjoy people and I can relate easily to people in all walks of life, including those of any corporate level or age group. I am widely traveled and I love diversity. I have traveled to and studied about 35 countries first hand. I am well adapted to the diversified workplace we enjoy today in America. I have considerable depth of understanding of many cultures. I have worked on projects and collaborated with many different people from all over the world, including Indians from India, Indonesians, Asians, Eastern Europeans, Russians, Europeans, Koreans, Philippinos, Latin and South Americans, South Africans, and other Eastern, Persian, and Egyptian peoples. Knowing we are all part of the same human family, and with understanding of many cultures and mindsets, I have a natural ability to communicate, relate and collaborate. I enjoy working with all ethnic groups. Such understanding and ability was my first quest when I was quite young, and was one of the first goals I accomplished in my life.

I look for collaboration in dynamic teams where I can offer my support and skill sets to contribut to the project's success with relevant documentation.

Past Clients

Past clients include many Fortune 500 companies in various industries, such as in manufacturing, engineering, and avionic and aerospace sciences. I also entered other types of industries as I sought business analysis and policy and procedure writing experience. My resume reflects my research of the marketplace for the most successful and stable industries to work in. You will see a few "oooops!" I continue to research industry trends.

I have most recently enjoyed working in the top two biotech companies in the world, Amgen, #1 and Gilead #2 updating and modifying standard operating procedures and policies & procedures.. It is exciting and rewarding to learn about their life saving technologies and supporting the people making it all happen.

I fully documented very complex legacy application user interfaces (UIs) at L.A. Care. L.A. Care is the largest public health authority in the nation, that manages public health in Los Angeles County, CA.. The medical insurance industry is one of the -if not the most complex of industries. The purpose of my documentation was to reverse engineer all the various UI interfaces for the various business units, such as membership, field audits, accounting, provider and medical services, and grievances, Old documentation was incomplete and my work was needed as verification of full descriptions of all the UIs for eventual conversions into more recents data management systems. I also supported UI update and modification projects.

The common thread is that I love leading edge and state of the art technologies and writing about them for any audience that need any type of documentation.
